New dishes for the Winter season

Winter Menu time. Ive got two dishes I'm pushing to get on the Winter 2011 Menu. First is the Winter Caprese With Di Bruno Bros Smoked Mozzarella, arugula pesto, and slow roasted tomatoes. Then, there is the Crispy Skate (pictured below), served with pancetta, cherry tomatoes, watercress, and a fig- balsamic reduction. If you have never herd of skate, its a great seafood that has become popular in recent years. It is crispy, yet unbelievably tender. It almost melts in your mouth. Come stop by and try the skate and help me get it on the menu! It will be running as a special Saturday and possibly Sunday at The StoneRose.

    This Stone Rose sounds like it's got some good dishes if these have yet to make the cut.
